At Your-E Org, our pedagogical training policy is pivotal in our academic recruitment process. Whether for a part-time teaching assistant or a full-time teacher position requiring teaching experience, all recruits must undergo this essential training.

Over the most recent five-year period, our statistical analysis reveals a significant trend: more than 74% of the students enrolled at Your-E Org originate from colleges and universities nationwide. This demographic is not just a statistic; it highlights the need to adapt our teaching approach to better serve this group.
To meet this need, we have initiated a training program that provides our team of teachers with comprehensive training to develop their pedagogical proficiency in higher education teaching. This program is designed based on the best practices established by Harvard University’s Derek Bok Center for Teaching and Learning.

Empowering Student-Led Learning with the Flipped Classroom Model
The combination of the flipped classroom model with Bloom’s taxonomy is an excellent way to facilitate independent learning in students. This approach motivates students to take charge of their learning by interacting with the foundational materials before class and then applying and analyzing this knowledge during and after the class session.
This pedagogical approach not only promotes independent learning but also enables Your-E students to skillfully practice their language skills, which is a crucial aspect of their educational journey.
Enhancing Public Narrative Skills in English
Your-E Org has taken the initiative to host a series of Your-E Talk Workshops designed to empower students by enhancing their confidence and leadership skills when using English.
These workshops provide a platform for students to share their unique life stories using the Public Narrative framework. This framework was developed by Prof. Marshall Ganz, a respected leader in civil society, and is taught at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Through participation in these workshops, Your-E students can actively develop and sharpen their communication and leadership competencies.
Unlocking Global Perspectives with Free Access to Books from Five Continents
At Your-E Org, we believe in the transformative power of reading. We understand that learning solely from textbooks has limitations, so we are deeply committed to fostering a strong reading culture in each student.
To support this goal, we have curated a collection of over 800 Vietnamese books and 200 English books, sourced directly from five continents. This collection aids students in their English learning journey and reference work.
The book selection at Your-E Org is diverse, offering multiple perspectives from numerous authors. It covers a wide range of topics, including Education, Science, Culture, Philosophy, History, Literature, Soft Skills Development, Specialized Education Magazines, and reference materials.
Financial Aid for Underprivileged Students
Our educational journey began with a vision: “All students in difficult circumstances will have access to high-quality English programs”. Therefore, we registered our organization as a Social Enterprise, with a commitment that 51% of profits (if any) will be reinvested in the community through the HẠNH Scholarship. This fund is dedicated to our mission of “Providing English courses that meet Cambridge standards, focusing on practicality and low learning costs for underprivileged student communities in Vietnam.”
In the 2022-2024 school year, we have awarded 150 full scholarships to disadvantaged students from 29 provinces and cities across the country to participate in the IELTS 18-month program.
From the 2021 school year to the 2023 school year, the HẠNH Scholarship fund has made a significant impact. It sponsored 93,725,000 VND in cash to provide health insurance cards for poor students at Bau Nang Secondary School and Cha Secondary School in Duong Minh Chau district, Tay Ninh Province. This initiative has directly benefited these students, ensuring their health and well-being.
